Share your checkout and check-in times, access details, property size and pet information when requesting a clean. Your selected time is a request; Harmony Hands reviews the address, scope, quote and cleaner availability before confirming. PET STAYS: Routine pet-related cleaning is an additional $15 for a 1-bedroom, $20 for a 2-bedroom, $30 for a 3-bedroom, or from $35 for larger properties. This covers ordinary pet hair on floors and accessible surfaces. An agreed property-specific rate may differ. Substantial hair on upholstery, bedding, rugs or other fabrics may require an additional fee starting at $50 on top of the routine pet rate. That fee is reviewed from cleaner photos and communicated before it is added. Existing preferential agreements remain in effect. Pet accidents, stains and odour treatment need a separate quote. BOOKING & BILLING: No payment is collected with the request. Once we confirm the booking and complete the clean, we invoice according to your agreed daily or weekly billing preference.
